    I had a good experience with this Farmers agency. I wanted to get the best rate for a "new driver" policy. Valerie was very nice and helpful too. I am a person who asks a lot of questions and am not generally good at waiting for the answers. She was very patient with me, and reassuring too. I then Rich Robertaccio, who also assisted in giving me the best quote buy checking in all available discounts. I was unaware that were a few extra for new drivers, and that was good news! I wasn't bringing in a lot of business to this office, yet they were very friendly, and treated me as if I was there only concern. I am very glad that I shopped around, and gave this particular Farmers office a visit!! I am the type of person that shares a good experience with others... and I will be doing just that.     Went in on August 26 2015 to do a simple deposit for someone else (I do not have a bank account here - had a bad experience with them back in 2008). They are severely unstaffed. One banker present. Was kept waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I was considering switching from Harris to Bank of America... But after this expierence, forget it. I will advise my mom (whose account I was depositing funds into) that she needs to switch her bank account to a more reputable bank... One that actually has more than one banker employeed.
