  I’ve been with this agent for 6-7 years. Service used to be top notch but has been slowly declining since Atleast 2014. I currently had to wait 8 days just to get a temporary insurance card for a new vehicle purchase. Might be coincendance but I received it today actually after posting a more complete review on both FB and Yelp. Hmm. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with subpar customer service. State Farm insurance on a whole is an excellent company. They have always addressed any claims in a timely matter. This office however leaves much to be desired. I suggest checking into one of the many other State Farm agencies in the area. Save yourself the headache. I would question the nameless reviews I see here left.
