- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in on August 26 2015 to do a simple deposit for someone else (I do not have a bank account here - had a bad experience with them back in 2008). They are severely unstaffed. One banker present. Was kept waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I was considering switching from Harris to Bank of America... But after this expierence, forget it. I will advise my mom (whose account I was depositing funds into) that she needs to switch her bank account to a more reputable bank...
